These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legally binding agreement between you and luckyd88 governing your use of the platform and all services offered. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and luckyd88.

Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and are subject to closure. Winnings and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. luckyd88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify luckyd88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
luckyd88 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement — before approving withdrawals or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
All financial transactions on the luckyd88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and bank transfer. luckyd88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
luckyd88 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable, targeting completion within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during public holidays in Malaysia, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund the Account or that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. luckyd88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
luckyd88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on the luckyd88 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are published on the Promotions page and incorporated herein by reference.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before the resulting real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. luckyd88 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
luckyd88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any breach of promotional terms — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using third-party funds, or employing bet-hedging strategies — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may lead to Account suspension.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers, matched bettors, or players whose wagering patterns indicate systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
All bets and wagers placed on the luckyd88 Platform are final once confirmed. luckyd88 will not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where luckyd88 determines that a manifest error has occurred in the presentation of odds, game rules, or game outcomes.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect display of odds, malfunctioning software, or human error in the configuration of a game or market — luckyd88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
luckyd88 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any market, game, or individual Account at its absolute discretion. These limits may be applied without prior notice and may differ between players based on account history and risk assessment.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckyd88 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, luckyd88 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by luckyd88 for reasons other than a Player's breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the last-used payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting luckyd88 customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
luckyd88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to make use of the self-management tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the suspension of all gaming access, deposit functionality, and marketing communications for the duration specified by the Player. Requests to reduce deposit limits or activate self-exclusion take effect immediately; requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

luckyd88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. luckyd88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or delays in transaction processing that are beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit luckyd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the luckyd88 Platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution as determined by luckyd88.
You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against luckyd88.
luckyd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, luckyd88 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
